During our 7-day stay at The Marmara, we experienced a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The concierge and reception staff were both polite and engaging. Jessica, a new staff member, was particularly refreshing and brightened our day with her friendly demeanor. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the attractions of the city. we had a fun and enjoyable trip to the Big Apple thanks to the welcoming ambiance provided by The Marmara.
